How to collect Hole in One insurance.

Members are encouraged to celebrate their hole-in-one on the same day that the ace is achieved.
The player must be a Crown Isle Men's Club member (hole in one insurance comes out of membership fees)
The "Ace" must be played at Crown Isle
The player must have played 18 holes or in a recognized Men's Club event
The "Ace" must be attested (i.e. signed and dated) on the score-card by at least one of the playing partners (preferably by all the playing partners who witnessed the hole-in-one).
Purchase drinks as required and obtain a receipt.
Attach receipt pertaining to the celebration of the hole-in-one to your attested scorecard and turn it in to either the pro-shop or a Men's Club Executive member.
In order to ensure that your hole-in-one is properly acknowledged, please send a note to an executive member stating the date and hole number.
The Men's Club treasurer will send the player a cheque for up to $200 (based upon a receipt) within 30 days
An award, recognizing the player's "Ace" will be presented at the next Men's Club AGM.
