Hole-in-One Insurance Policy
How to collect Hole in One insurance.
- Members are encouraged to celebrate their hole-in-one on the same day that the ace is achieved.
- The player must be a Crown Isle Men's Club member (hole in one insurance comes out of membership fees)
- The "Ace" must be played at Crown Isle
- The player must have played 18 holes or in a recognized Men's Club event
- The "Ace" must be attested (i.e. signed and dated) on the score-card by at least one of the playing partners (preferably by all the playing partners who witnessed the hole-in-one).
- Purchase drinks as required and obtain a receipt.
- Attach receipt pertaining to the celebration of the hole-in-one to your attested scorecard and turn it in to either the pro-shop or a Men's Club Executive member.
- In order to ensure that your hole-in-one is properly acknowledged, please send a note to an executive member stating the date and hole number.
- The Men's Club treasurer will send the player a cheque for up to $200 (based upon a receipt) within 30 days
- An award, recognizing the player's "Ace" will be presented at the next Men's Club AGM.
